In 2003, I developed a Relaxation Program to Support Memory and Concentration, designed for high school students. The Institute for the Promotion of Coordination and Development in Żyrardów managed the schools where I conducted the sessions for young people. They gained great popularity and proved to be highly effective. The program was based on a selection of effective techniques, including breathing exercises, visualization, mindfulness techniques, relaxation, elements of music therapy, yoga, and many others.
Experience has shown that regular use of relaxation techniques improves memory and concentration in children and adolescents, reduces stress, and strengthens cognitive abilities. Introducing these techniques into daily life can significantly support the intellectual and emotional development of young people.
We expanded and adapted the program for younger children over time. Additional elements included relaxation games, musical activities that stimulate musical imagination—thereby enhancing memory and associative skills—as well as age-appropriate movement-based games for the youngest participants.
Currently, I offer two separate group programs:
- Relaxation Program to Support Memory and Concentration for Children
- Relaxation Program to Support Memory and Concentration for Teenagers
We can also customize an individual program upon request.
